A senior government official with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has expressed great interest in a so-called safety bracelet that would serve as a stun device, similar to that of a police Taser®. Chris Matthews Calls Saul Alinsky One Of His Heroes

Chris Matthews on Tuesday called “Rules for Radicals” author Saul Alinsky one of his heroes.
This admission came only five days after the “Hardball” host proudly admitted on the air that he was a liberal.
“I always try to remind myself of Saul Alinsky when I get confused,” Matthews told “Hardball” guest Bernie Sanders (I-Vermont).
Such was revealed as the pair discussed the fate of healthcare reform (video embedded below the fold with partial transcript, h/t Story Balloon):
CHRIS MATTHEWS, HOST: Well, to reach back to one of our heroes from the past, from the `60s, Saul Alinsky once said that even though both sides have flaws in their arguments and you can always find something nuanced about your own side you don`t like and it`s never perfect, you have to act in the end like there`s simple black and white clarity between your side and the other side or you don`t get anything done. I always try to remind myself of Saul Alinsky when I get confused.
So on Thursday, Matthews admitted being a liberal. Now he’s admitting that Alinsky is one of his heroes.
What’s next?
I want to start by saying that I am a proud GOD fearing American of Mexican and Native American heritage. I am a proud of being a responsible gun owner and patriot. I have studies the philosphy and the letters of the founding fathers and documents so it scares me when I see our own government becoming a tyranical force. I am not a violent person much less ever want to have to fire any of my weapons but if anyone ever tries to take my weapons away they will get them when they are all empty lead first. It is treason for any law enforcement or government to disarm the people. Other must understand this fundamental God given right and join together before it is too late much like in Nazi Germany.
If Al Gore is the face of the Global Warming/Carbon Credit industry fraud then Maurice Strong is the brain and project manager of this evil agenda. Along with George Soros Maurice admits that he wasn’t to eliminate the middle class and lower the lifestyles of all Americans. This is all done under the veil of helping mother earth by saying we need to stop polluting. I’m going to say this just once for all the feeble minded out there. THE GLOBAL WARMING AGENDA AND COPENHAGEN TREATY HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH STOPPING POLLUTION, IT’S ABOUT CONTROL OVER EVERY ASPECT OF YOUR LIFE THROUGH TAX AND GLOBAL GOVERNMENT!
Investigative journalist and author Jim Marrs discussed his foray into fiction with his new book The Sisterhood of the Rose, which deals with a secret organization fighting the Nazis during World War II. He detailed how the concept for the book came from a real woman named Celeste Levesque, who had a near death experience and, following that, began remembering “this life in the underground in Europe.” Explaining that such information is virtually impossible to confirm but that the story was too fantastic to ignore, Marrs decided to blend it in with his previous research on the Nazis in the form of his first novel. “I call it ‘faction,’” he quipped, “fact based fiction.”
In the latter half of the program, environmental consultant Tim Ball discussed ‘Climate Gate,’ a coordinated effort to hide information about global warming. Someone hacked in to the files of the Climatic Research Unit (CRU) based at the University of East Anglia and found damaging emails that show that scientists at the Unit created and manipulated false data to preserve the idea that global warming is real.
Since 2002, global temperatures have been declining, and numbers from the past have been pushed down to make the current temps seem warmer, he argued. We’re seeing climate change ideas, often based on overly simplistic computer models, used as a vehicle for political purposes, he added.
Writer and documentary film producer G. Edward Griffin talked about the Federal Reserve and who controls money. The Federal Reserve is an “old con game” or Ponzi scheme that creates money out of thin air, he declared. It acts like a cartel, he continued, and though its actions can seem obscure, US citizens should be concerned about it because decisions made by the Reserve can affect the value of their savings and retirement funds.
A recent call spearheaded by Congressman Ron Paul to audit the Federal Reserve is a step in the right direction, as it calls attention to the system, said Griffin. Yet powerful forces could readily act to subvert an honest audit, and ultimately we need to get rid of the Federal Reserve rather than just audit it, he added. Griffin recommended people get out of debt, consider real estate if priced right, and invest 10-25% of their assets in gold and silver, as it holds value more than currency.
Prophecy expert and author Grant R. Jeffrey discussed how technology and surveillance are setting the stage for a new reign of tyranny from a hidden global elite that seeks to install a one-world government. Already, a secretive group in Brussels meets behind locked doors and makes decisions for the European Union without democratic input or challenges, he said. The Copenhagen Climate Control Treaty being finalized this week is another move toward world control that will enforce crippling constraints on nations, he continued.
